Here is an example of a short but helpful comment.

Hi - this is a good and very informative wiki entry so far. However, I do have a small suggestion. I recommend changing some of the more technical terms into layman's terms. For example, I found the first sentence ("...is classification given to an extensive category of endogenous and exogenous neurological insults") hard to understand because there are at least three undefined terms. This could be changed to something more understandable to a general audience, like "... is classification given to an extensive category of neurologically harmful substances that may be produced both naturally and synthetically". Hope this helps

Here is an example of a helpful comment that provides a couple of ideas for improving the article.

Good start! This is a very broad topic so be careful about the depth you go into each subject, maybe include links to wikipedia for topics. Also there are some gramatical errors in both the intro and background. Make sure to say in the same tense within a paragraph ( within the whole article preferably!).

The background is also long and hard to navigate. You have to think someone wants to come to your page and find specific information as fast as possible. Otherwise this is a good neuroscience topic and a good descriptive start for a wiki page
